Aprocess Servieng Application Pool Excahnge Application pool exceeded time limit during shutdown. the process id was 7224 what can i do

That's a warning messages for the ExchangeApplication pool. Application pools are recycled at a predefined time. IIS waits for the pool to do a graceful restart.To do so it will wait until all pending requests on the pool are completed so it can be shut down and restarted.But- in your case - if the pending queue is long or the process hangs, the graceful restart will fail and IIS will just do a forced recycle on the pool. A forced recycle generates these messages. What Exchange version? What OS?Does this only happen with the ExchangeApplication pool?Did you check the IIS logfiles?Did you check the IIS ApplicationPool settings?
